This website, sourcepilot.ai (the "Site"), is operated by SourcePilot Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15839438, with its registered office at Second Floor, Windsor House, 40/41 Great Castle Street, London W1W 8LU, United Kingdom ("SourcePilot", "we", "us"). 2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Site, including its pages, content and the contact and demo-request forms. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms do not govern the use of the SourcePilot platform. Access to and use of the SourcePilot platform, including any pilot, beta or evaluation access, is governed exclusively by the written agreement between SourcePilot and the customer organisation, together with its data processing terms. Nothing on the Site forms part of that agreement unless it is expressly incorporated into it.
3. Information on the Site
The content of the Site is provided for general information about SourcePilot and its products. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it is not engineering, legal or professional advice. Product descriptions, capabilities and figures may change as the product develops, and we may update, correct or remove content at any time without notice. While we take care to keep the Site accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, diagrams, illustrations, logos, page design and underlying code, are owned by or licensed to SourcePilot and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. SourcePilot and the SourcePilot logo are trade marks of SourcePilot Ltd. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal business use in evaluating SourcePilot. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or impairs the Site or its availability, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or that involves automated scraping or bulk extraction of content. You agree not to submit through our forms any content that is false, misleading, unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Enquiries and demo requests
When you contact us or request a demo through the Site, we will use the information you provide to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create any contract between you and SourcePilot and does not oblige either party to enter into one.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourcePilot excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

We may revise these terms from time to time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
